How many of you contributed in FNO?
On the first floor of Sak’s, Oscar De La Renta was launching his new Essential Luxuries fragrance collection. I couldn’t get a picture nor talk to him because there were many people surrounding him. It was outstanding to know I was 5 feet away from one of the most well known fashion designers in this country. (Even though he’s always on 7th ave)
On the fourth floor, I took part in Diem Chau’s Crayola Sculptures. The way she carved into those large crayon’s was a work of art. I couldn’t believe the artistic ability she had. I took many pictures of her work. I also made contact with Rachel Roy. I don’t know if many of you know who she is but she’s an American fashion designer and philanthropist. She was having an interview with Lance Bass on the 5th floor. Yes, LANCE BASS from N’Sync. I couldn’t breathe from excitement when I saw him.
I had my shoestrology reading by twins Tali and Ophria. They were right on the money with my astrology reading.
After my adventures at Saks. I went into H&M (obviously). If any of you know me, you know my all time FAVORITE store is H&M. The promotion they had was 30% off one purchase. I obviously took advantage of that!
After shopping for three hours and having a wonderful time at Saks, I went to get a bite to eat, because you know, shopping makes you hungry!
I want to hear some of your stories about FNO (if you went) So tell me your experiences!
It was my first time going and I had an amazing time. Please, for any of you who didn’t go, make time next year to go! It is a wonderful experience.

“Fashion’s Night Out (FNO) is an unprecedented global initiative originally created in 2009 to celebrate fashion, restore consumer confidence and boost the industry’s economy during the recession.” (FNO) - I got this definition on FNO’s facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/OfficialFashionsNightOutOn September 6th 2012, I attended Fashion’s Night Out. I started my Fashion adventure at Saks Fifth Avenue where I saw a lot of performers, special guests and fashion designers. There was about 40,000 people that entered and took part in the events. I would say it was a big success.
